This Rental Policy (“Policy”) governs all rentals of physical PS5 game discs (CD/DVD format) from Gamelyn Store (XOGAMESLTD). By renting a game, you (“Renter” or “Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Eligibility

The renter must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

A valid government-issued ID and proof of address may be required before rental.

Gamelyn reserves the right to decline rental services at its sole discretion.
2. Rental Duration & Returns
-
Standard rental periods are [X days] (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days) depending on the plan chosen at checkout.

Rental duration starts on the date of delivery/pickup, not the date of first use.

The renter must return the disc in the same condition it was received, along with any original packaging, cases, inserts, and manuals.

Returns must be made to the address or method specified by Gamelyn.
3. Late Returns & Penalties

Late returns will incur a daily late fee of [₹/$X per day] until the item is returned.

If the rental is overdue by more than [X days] (e.g., 14 days), Gamelyn reserves the right to treat the rental as a purchase, charging the full replacement cost of the game (MRP or market value, whichever is higher) in addition to accrued late fees.
4. Condition of Items

All discs are tested and verified before dispatch.

The renter must inspect the disc upon delivery and report any damages or issues within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the item in good condition.

The renter agrees to handle discs with care and use them only in a legitimate PS5 console.
5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The renter is fully responsible for the game during the rental period.

If a disc is returned damaged, cracked, scratched, warped, or otherwise rendered unplayable, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the game plus a service fee.

If the game is lost, stolen, or not returned, the renter must pay the replacement cost immediately.
6. Restrictions on Use

Rental games are for personal entertainment use only.

Discs may not be:

Resold, copied, duplicated, or rented to third parties.

Used for public exhibitions, commercial use, tournaments, or promotional events without written permission.

Tampered with, modified, or reverse engineered.

Any violation of this section will result in termination of services and possible legal action.
7. Refunds & Cancellations

Rental fees are non-refundable once the item has been shipped or collected.

Cancellations made before shipment may be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are not granted if the renter fails to use the rental within the agreed period.
8. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of [₹/$X] may be charged per rental.

Deposits are refunded within 7–10 working days after the disc is returned in proper condition.

Any outstanding late fees, damages, or replacement charges will be deducted from the deposit.
9. Ownership

Rental does not transfer ownership or any rights beyond temporary personal use.

Gamelyn is not responsible for:

Any damage caused to consoles or hardware while using rented discs.

Any loss of saved data, progress, or in-game purchases.

The renter assumes full responsibility for safe usage.
11. Termination of Rental

Gamelyn reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if the renter violates this policy.

In case of fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-return, Gamelyn may pursue legal action and claim damages.
12. Governing Law
